Build the look around the occasion
Start with the event programme and the atmosphere you want. A presentation needs attention on the speaker; a dinner may call for softer ambience; a performance can use more movement and contrast. Share a venue plan or reference images so we can discuss fixture positions, colour and the moments that need a lighting change.
Fixtures, control and supporting structure
Our lighting range includes moving beams, spots and washes, LED parcans, facelights, framing lights, battery uplights and gobo lighting. We plan the control console and supporting truss alongside the fixtures. If your brief has lights but no structure or console, we will discuss those requirements with you.
Coordinate with the venue and production team
Setup access, ceiling or rigging restrictions, power locations and event timings affect the lighting plan. We can work with your venue and planner on the practical details and include technical operation where required. Outdoor setups and special effects need a discussion of the conditions and venue permissions.
