Special effects work best when they belong to a specific moment in the programme. A7 can discuss low fog, cold spark effects, confetti, floral blasts, CO₂ effects and snow machines for events. We plan the effect around the venue, timing and operating requirements rather than treating it as an isolated item.
What we can help with
- Low fog
- Cold spark effects
- Confetti and floral blasts
- CO₂ jets and CO₂ guns
- Snow machines
Choose the moment first
Tell us what you want to emphasise: an entrance, a first dance, a product reveal or a show finale. Share reference images or video and the area where the effect should appear. This helps us discuss the right type of effect and how it connects with the lighting, sound and show cues.
Coordinate permissions and operation
Effects depend on the venue’s approval and suitable operating conditions. Include whether the event is indoors or outdoors, the audience layout, nearby surfaces and any restrictions. Operating arrangements, consumables and technical support should be clear in the quotation.
Bring the show cues together
A timed effect needs coordination with the programme. Let us know who will call the cue, the event timings and the other systems involved. For a wedding or performance, sharing the running order early helps the technical team prepare the moment.
Planning more than one service?
Include the whole equipment and production brief so sound, lighting, screens and staging can be considered together.
