Choose the screen around the content
Share the kind of content you will show: slides, video, graphics or a live camera feed. The screen dimensions and shape should suit that content as well as the room. If a screen size is already specified, include the width and height rather than only an overall area so we can discuss the configuration.
Think about the audience view
Indoor or outdoor location, ambient light, the nearest viewing position and the overall audience layout all matter. We can discuss a modular LED screen, a TV for a smaller area, or LED posters for entrances and exhibitions. The final configuration and equipment are confirmed for your event dates.
