Start with the stage use
A presentation stage, a band platform and a ceremony stage have different needs. Share the number of people or performers, the equipment on stage and any movement or access requirements. If you have a technical rider or floor plan, include it with the brief.
Dimensions and venue access
We use Prolyte and Eurotruss stage platforms with modular configurations. Tell us the required length, depth and height, plus the venue and setup conditions. We can discuss the layout, loading requirements, access and schedule before confirming the configuration. Do not assume a particular load rating without confirming the complete setup.
Plan the technical package together
Screen positions, lighting structures, speakers and the audience view affect where the stage should go. We can coordinate these elements with your venue or planner. Include setup and dismantling access times so the transport and crew requirements can be considered in the quotation.
